Tournament co-hosts Poland will get Euro 2012 underway when they take on Greece in the opening match of the tournament on 8th June. Rep Of Ireland get their tournament started two days later as they play Croatia, while England face France in their first match.

Euro 2012 Draw

The draw for the group stages of the 2012 European Championships took place on Friday 2nd December 2011. England were drawn in Group D, while Republic of Ireland were drawn in Group C along with defending champions Spain. There is the traditional 'group of death' in Group B as Germany, Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark were drawn together.
